Forget the small-talk. Who am I, and why am I here?
Posted: 09.30.2008 Filed under: introduction Leave a comment »Everybody and their uncle has a blog of some sort these days, and while the number of music-related blogs isn’t quite as vast as political, economical, or cat aficionado blogs, there still are quite a few out there.
So, how do I differentiate myself from everyone else?
Simple. I’m going to review every album that I have in my iTunes. Which, as I’m sure you can see from the header above, is quite substantial. Granted, that’s at first glance (and includes live shows that I acquired through other means), and it will definitely change as my library expands.
But this site will focus on officially-released albums that I have in my possession.
It won’t be pretty, and it’s going to be an ambitious project, for sure. But, it’s my own way of giving back something which I feel I owe.
Or some bullshit like that.
